Booking A: Participant FB* in a double room 1.920 CHF
Booking B: Participant FB in a single room 2.120 CHF
Booking C: Participant FB in a dorm room 1.750 CHF
Booking D: Couple-run FB in a double room 1.800 CHF
Booking E: Companion HB* in a double room 1.500 CHF

*FB: Full board
*HB: Half board


The registration is definitely valid after we receive a deposit of 400 CHF. Final payments have to be transferred before June 30th 2020. We ask you to transfer the deposit at least 30 days after registration. The registrations are considered on the basis of the incoming payment.

Please understand that cancellations can only be accepted in writing form by email. The cancellation conditions are intended to regulate the financial risk between the management and participants in a fair manner.


  1. Cancellation up to 6 months before the start of the run: fixed price at CHF 150
  2. Cancellation up to 5 months before the start of the run: 20% of the total price
  3. Cancellation up to 4 months before the start of the run: 35% of the total price
  4. Cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the run: 50% of the total price
  5. Cancellation up to 2 months before the start of the run: 65% of the total price
  6. Cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the run: 80% of the total price

A transfer fee of CHF 150 applies, if a runner offers a suitable substitute participant.


We recommend a private cancellation insurance and / or travel reinsurance. If the event cannot or only partially be carried out due to an act of nature beyond control, no refunds apply.
